These Terms and Conditions of Access and Utilization of Newco Airport Services.es
regulates the use of the Internet Site www.newcoas.es that this company offers to the costumers containing company information,
products and services related to the company Newco Airport Services through which the users receive a compensation,
sometimes worth by a certain price.

General Terms and Conditions. Therefore, it is recommended to read them carefully every time the Site is accessed.

The user is obliged to make use of the Service in a correct, lawful and proper way according to the current legal
prescriptions and especially not breaking the rights of the intellectual or industrial property belonging
to Newco Airport Services or to third parties.
The user is responsible for the damages of all sorts that Newco Airport Services may suffer,

Newco Airport Services will watch at all times for the respect of the current laws and is entitled to
interrupt the Services or exclude the user from the Site in case of commit a misdeed or fault enclosed
in the Spanish Law.
In any event, Newco Airport Services is not obliged to control and does not control the transmitted,
or published contents that are available to third parties by the users o partners, unless those required by the law.

All the contents of the Site such as texts, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, images as well as graphic designs,
font codes, and software are property of Newco Airport Services (excepting those images free of rights),
and are subject to the rights of the intellectual and industrial property protected by national and international laws.
It is strictly forbidden the use of any of the elements that are part of the industrial or intellectual property with
commercial purposes as well as the distribution, modification, alteration or deconstruction.
The infringement of any of the above mentioned rights may constitute in breaking one of the laws, as well as a wicked
act punished according to the article 270 of the Penal Law.

Newco Airport Services, after the current law and specifically by L.O. 15/1999 of the 13th of December,
modified by Law 62/2003 of 30th of December, related to the treatment of personal data, has implemented in its

or equivalent of the products and services of Newco Airport Services, of specific advertising that might be
of interest and in order to elaborate quality analysis and satisfaction surveys.
In case of commercial communications via e-mail or equivalent, the fact of giving the data to Newco Airport
Services is equivalent to your express authorization to get advertising through this mean.

The users are responsible of the veracity of the data provided, and Newco Airport Services has the right to reserve
the use of it and to exclude the Services registered to all the users that have given false or fake data,
and treating this according the law.
 | VI. WARRANTY EXCLUSION AND RESPONSIBILITY |
Newco Airport Services has the right to abort the access to the Site, as well as to stop rendering any or all
of the Services rendered through it at any times, and without previous notice, either due to technical reasons,
security, control, maintenance, electricity failure, or any other reason.
At the same time, Newco Airport Services is not responsible in case there services interruptions, delays, mistakes,
malfunction and in general, other inconveniences originated by reasons that are not under control of the company,
due to a misuse of the user or any other reason of force major.
Newco Airport Services is not responsible of the utilization of the Site services nor of the sign in and passwords,
as well as of any other material that could infringe the intellectual or industrial rights or any other right.
 | VII. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION |
This site shall be governed by the statutes and laws of Spain, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles
thereof and should be resolved via Legal Arbitration within the Asociación Española de Arbitraje
Tecnológico (ARBITEC) and in the Ley de Arbitraje of 5 of December 1988.
The controversy will be decided by one or three arbitrators (to be determined by the parties according to the amount of the contracts)
The parties should be under the Court of the city of Madrid.
In any event, the parties keep the right to request preventive measures according to the Law 1/2000, of 7 of January of Civil Law.
